Why the constant fighting in the Middle East?

The Middle East has long been a place of strife.



I will not be pretending to give a spotless analysis of the strife but a modern day blue color take.



There is a constant theme in these fights. Islam from the time of Mohammad; according to the prophecies he says he was given, Palestine was given to the Muslims and accordingly never to be taken away by any one. Their existence is predicated by their beliefs and their beliefs are determined by their upbringing which I know that most schooled people know now is from kindergarten on.

It relies on the armies of the people to retain and maintain the territories which Islam has captured. Palestine is as much a part of their heritage in some ways as it is to the Israelites.



Gen 17:20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation.



This is what is says in my bible, Later in the same text it says that Ishmael's people shall be numbered as the sands of the sea. And even today they do not think of themselves as individuals even though there are many separate countries. The Muslims consider the Nation of Islam all Muslims. Truly the Islamics consider themselves the descendants of Ishmael and as such have a very emotional and personal ties with Abraham and Palestine where Abraham lived and traveled. The Dome of the Rock; a Muslim Mosque, is built over and where theological scholars believe Abraham was told by God to sacrifice his Son Isaac and is also one of Islams holiest shrines.

This is not an unknown tie to the Muslims. They are very aware of it.



The Israelis also have very deep roots. The deepest. The land is to them their ancestral home. And they have only historically speaking just returned. Again there's is a personal and emotional and spiritual attachment which no ideology on earth will be talking them out of.



All of the extraordinary political and diplomatic efforts of the last 30 or 40 years have come to naught due mainly these primary reasons.

All of the machinations of modern man fail to recognize the inheritance of these two nations feel.



What then is the answer? The answer I am sure lay in very simplistic and probably unbelievable thought . If all of the tenants of Islam, Judaism and Christianity are believed then in an unspecified short years; God himself will be coming back, and the diplomacy must go to this level because of the beliefs of the Israelites and the Muslims. They must be convinced that God himself wants the fighting to stop.



There is simply no way that they will stop fighting over the Holy Lands by the continence; understanding, or seats of power of men. To a man of God; God transcends Kings, leaders or rulers of men. God transcends mans laws and understanding. Again unless they can be convinced that God wants them to stop, they will not stop and will not stay stopped either.


Once again I make the point, If you take God out of your equation you can't work it out. You install God into your thoughts and equation. It will work out by God, but think not to take the credit for it or it won't work out. The credit for working it out belongs to God. Always.
